"The perennial beauty". The English Arnica.


Injury or trauma to deep tissue. Pains are hard, aching and squeezing.
Follows Arnica well.

Great soreness after childbirth (where Arnica hasn't helped).

After abdominal or pelvic surgery. After cæsarean or forceps deliveries.
Also Arnica and Staphysagria.

After falls to coccyx, i.e. falling downstairs on your bottom; or after childbirth.
Use with Hypericum.

Sciatica during pregnancy, from position of baby.

Stomach pains after icy drinks or ice cream on a very hot day.

Injury and bruising to testicles (after Arnica).

Blows to the breast; contusions. Lump in breast after an injury.

Varicose veins during pregnancy.

Gardener's backache (deeper than Arnica).

Use in 200c potency after a caesarian birth or other abdominal surgery; or where Arnica has only partly helped the pain and bruising. Repeat every 4 hours for 6 doses.
